This app is easy to use and the free version has plenty of good options to get you up and running.

I'm a big fan of all Hextom apps, I once asked my developer to script in some banners for one off promotions, it was too tricky to use and the design was very clunky, really pleased to have found QAB after that, perfect for flash sales, promo-codes etc. Thank you! If you haven't got BPE (Bulk Product Edit) get it! it will save you hours of work!
