Quick Banner—Announcement Bars

Superior customer service!

Our Shopify theme had a conflict with the announcement banner where it only appeared for a few seconds. It was easy to contact support, so I did while I looked for other apps - but they fixed it quickly (with code)!

Not only that, they next followed up to see if I was satisfied. I realized that we had the same issue on mobile, so I notified them and they immediately implemented another fix and now it functions perfectly - this was all on the FREE plan! I am shocked. It's super easy to use and I now I want to see what other apps I can transition to them with their amazing tech support.

We needed this app for simple banners like days we are closed such as holidays, special events and for weather related issues. App was easy to install and worked perfectly with our custom theme. No need to contact support yet but they reached out proactively just in case with a welcome email. A++ can't wait to discover all the ways we can use it to communicate with customer and sell more LabJacks to engineers all around the world!

I had a small problem with saving/Publishing but with excellent help from one of the team, Sergey, it appeared it was fault on my PC as mobile was OK. He helped put a temporary solution in place while I sort my end. It's a great App and will be very benefetial in the future

Nice and convenient app in order to place an announcement on your website. Actually, the implementation of an announcement bar is really easy with this one. Especially, I appreciate the customer service. The in-app live support was super helpful when customizing the announcement to my requirements. Thanks a lot :)

Glad that I found this app. Very useful features for my website. Installation was super easy. Support team (Thank you, Taras!) is really quick if you need some tweaking on certain settings. Highly recommended!
