Efficient for wholesalers, the App will help wholesalers to bulk order items in a few seconds.
This App allows your customers to search and order products quickly without navigating to all categories to find products. You can go to the quick order page, select the quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button to add different products to the cart on the same page. This is especially useful for products with variants (e.g. small, medium). Customers can search for one variant and then expand to show all related variants for the given product, allowing them to rapidly add multiple variants.
- Available in multiple languages and currencies. Supported with Markets.
- You can preset qty. value for the products displayed in the "Quick order" page.
- It allows customers to search for any product by SKU on the "Quick order" page.
- You can choose which collections you want to show on the Quick Order Page.
- Hide prices on the "Quick order page" based on customer tag.

We are support team of C: Quick Shop App.
Its looking like you misunderstood whole thing.
This thing was happened due to Shopify setup and not due to us.

We have conducted a thorough evaluation and uncovered the following details:
You have closed your store over 2+ years ago on February 27, 2022, and reopened it after a period of 2 years and 2 months on May 16, 2024.

It appears that Shopify deletes data and charge IDs for a store after 2+ years, here it is written like this: https://shorturl.at/SCZdy
This may be the reason why our app cannot locate the previously activated charge ID, which was likely deleted after being active for more than 2 years. Consequently, you have encountered issues with approving the charge button and subsequently left a negative review.
This is in accordance with Shopify's policy, and if the deletion was indeed done by Shopify, we are limited in what we can do about it.

Here's another scenario: you have closed and reopened their store within 1+ year, the charge ID reactivation does not occur, which is reflected in the partner history.

One-time charge ID is activated, it typically remains active unless Shopify cancels or deletes it, old users remains same on one time activated charge ID once approved it.
So if you have this type of issue then please contact to Shopify support itself.
