The software started out amazing. The first two people I worked with in customer service 5 stars no doubt. The 3rd representative I had did not listen to me at all. She started to un-sync the products to start fixing it in the middle of the day taking down my inventory system from Square which is what I run in my storefront. It took over 12 hours. (Yay, now we get to re-inventory everything and can't get a manager to communicate with me.) The 4th representative started re-syncing my items. The 1st and 2nd representatives had my thousands of items synced in less than 30 minutes. I'm over 3 hours in and less than 300 products are synced. I've requested a supervisor to speak with me multiple times with no success. Truly disappointed with the level of disregard for taking down someone's store inventory down without permission.
I just started the trial due to needing to use square at events but not wanting to have a headache with inventory management with my Shopify store. while trying to import my products I was running into a small hiccup with one item and before I could even get frustrated ( which is super easy for me to do with technology) Normie with the customer service team popped uo in a live chat to see if I needed help! what kind of next level amazing customer service is this!!! and they were actually able to solve the problem and get the products synced up I didn't have to jump through hoops trying to make things work at all! I was going to trail this app and see if it was a good fit but after just tonight im so glad I chose this one and plan to keep it. everything is already synced up and all my register systems are all working perfect with the correct products and inventory. So far the customer service is such a huge win in pretty confident the use of this ap will be too. Can't wait to let this make my life a little easier not having to completely redo inventory after every event!

Joseph was INCREDIBLY helpful with syncing my Shopify inventory > Square Inventory just in time for my pop-up event. It saved me so much time when I thought it was going to take a few hours or days to figure out, and he helped me figure everything out and helped the set up entirely within 10 minutes. Such a wonderful experience and I am so happy he was able to help me with this, I will be using this app ongoing because it was such a great experience!

Pro Tip: Take advantage of their onboarding support to ensure you're using all the features to their full potential. There are some great customization options that aren't immediately obvious but can make a huge difference to your workflow.
