As the servers were updating it took a while for my items, syncing for the first time from shopify to square, to sync. But Kahled from the help chat did great keeping me in touch and aware of the process. Great service and an nice experience.

Boy I tell you Elhassan is amazing , this gentleman knows what he is doing and his patience is unbelievable. I was so green to so much and he made my frustrations go away and made me feel at ease.
