I got this app to fix my inventory syncing between my onsite store and shopify account. When i logged in to do this, Joseph proactively informed me that i had an issue with the syncing (the reason i logged in to begin with), and offered to assist. He was VERY kind, quick, and able to resolve everything with me having to do a single thing. Incredible customer service experience. Thankful.

Great and convenient way to sync products! Switching services is hard to make sure nothing gets lost when you have so many products to keep up with, this app really gives a you great peace of mind. O with customer support was fantastic. The service was prompt, I didn't have to wait for anyone to respond and I was able to get the help I needed! Very grateful!

Absolutely terrific app, and by far the best one we've had the pleasure of using that syncs Square with Shopify. We were able to selectively sync the products we needed by category, and doing so saved us a ton of time in keeping things neatly synced.
