Smartviewer: Quick View

My developer helped me to install this app. Unfortunately the loading time for the Quick View button was 2-3 seconds longer than the rest of the page. And the app team was not interested in helping us resolve the problem at all. Here is their reply: "I am sorry for this case, we can not do anything more because the Quick view needs time to load its content."

Thank you to team of quickview. I am especially greatly to you guys for helping newbies like me and extending your service to zero knowledge about css/html etc to us so that our website could look more professional and easier for customer to shop. It saved me a lot of research work to learn how to input the codes. Even up till now i still coudnt grasp the basic. I wouldnt have a chance to have it on my web if its not now being offered complimentary. I couldnt thank you enough

I really love this app ! very usefull, once installed you can't go back, really easy to use.

Awesome app and even better support. I had one small issue with my effort to install it and had that fixed plus (without my needing to ask) the app personalized to my store settings in hours. I would thoroughly recommend this app - both for the improvement to my site and for the amazing (very rare) support.

Good app and great cust service! I had a problem with it not working correctly and I contacted the developer and they responded and fixed it within 24 hours. Now that's what I call customer service...thanks!

It seems good but after a while it stopped working and had some trouble getting it to work. it works good now

Installed a few days ago. Think this will be especially appreciated by my mobile viewers plus make my site look even more professional for all viewers. I had a couple smaller things not working on my custom shop theme. My email was answered in a timely manner, questions were addressed & they even took it upon themselves while making corrections to tweak the coding a bit & make some other things look better in the pop up. Stephen and team with Secomapp are awesome! They are VERY fast to respond and eager to help resolve any issues that arise. They were even willing to help troubleshoot and help us resolve issues that weren't even related to their product/app. Our company has also used the Quick View app for over a year and love it! The 'buy now' feature is a game changer. It will help your user move through the funnel faster and increase your conversion rates. Definitely would recommend.
