Update: From Sam in Support: We have stopped offering the app for new customers from some countries however there is no change for existing customers. The app continues to work in the same way for all existing customers. (Thank you Sam for the quick resolution)
Update: This was a great app until I went into my apps on 7-8-2021 and it tells me the app is no longer supported by shopify and may not work properly. I reply on this app to sync not only my orders but my inventory. I am freaking out a little i hope I hear back from Support soon.
I use this app to push orders into QuickBooks and it seems to be doing exactly what they claim so far no issues. I added on the inventory sync and the thing I would change is offer a way to how many and what products have been synced. It did create some new product duplicates but that was an easy fix for the piece of mind that inventory is accurate for a decent price.

Great app for syncing your Shopify transactions into QBO. Relative to other QBO syncing apps, we have found this one syncs pretty much all available data you can think of for a reasonable fee. Well developed app and the support is quick too.

I have used quickbooks bridge when i was using shopify 2 years ago and it worked well. Currently i have it installed on another shopify site and again it works well. Most importantly the support is prompt and accurate.

We use this app to integrate Shopify transactions to QBO. We have multiple sites and use it on every one. The integration was very easy, and the customer service provided by Parex is absolutely excellent. I always have a response within 24 hours and they take care of everything right away. Highly recommend.

Shopify sales and payments importing to QB 2021 Desktop could not be easier. You will have to add some new sub-entries into your Chart of Accounts such as Bank:Shopify Payments and General Liabilities:Shopify Gift Cards but that's easy. The wizard walking you through the mapping fields of this Connector is very easy to understand. I've synced my 2021 sales and update every 90 minutes and paid to have my 2020 sales to be "back-synced" - cost was $14 which saved me so much time as opposed to entering them manually.
Customer Service is on the ball, I worked with Kumar and he pulled in his team of experts to help make sure all was done correctly. The result is our accountant can see the sale (brought in as invoice) and the payment once it has shipped. Simply the best for QB Desktop software. Bravo to all at Parextech.

This app is fantastic, the best by far for this type of feature and saves you a lot of time. The support experience was fast and helpful as well!

Every now and then we have issues, but the support team is always super responsive and we are able to resolve our issues within a matter of hours. Highly recommend!

Overall this app does the job, syncs over transactions from Shopify to Quickbooks saving time not having to enter customer details and what they ordered. There are some issues (support advise it's a Quickbooks issue) with cents rounding and you have to be careful with SKU syncing because if you change a SKU you need to ask support to refresh the sync as it doesn't update automatically. Support have been very helpful working through these issues and once you're aware of them you can manage them. It's still be a great time saver and I will be keeping the app.

I use this app for orders and inventory sync, which is done nicely. Support is very responsive and supportive in helping set up and configure. Would like to have a notification on failed sync, also a view of the tables with products, locations mapping together between SHPF and QBO.

After much research, we are very grateful to have found QuickBooks Bridge, which is the overall best app to help us synch data from our Shopify store (www.thexshop.xyz). As a startup, it can be very difficult to balance reasonable cost with the functionality required for success. Rushabh and team provided us with friendly, quality, and timely service to make this happen. While we are only in the early stages of using the app, we look forward to continuing to leverage its functionality and in the meantime we wanted to share that we highly recommend this app for its reasonable cost and suitable functionality (and UI), in addition to the excellent support/service provided!

I use this app to sync Shopify with QuickBooks Online. The app does what it says it will and the customer support is very responsive and helpful.

Initial problems were helped through a responsive help team. Been working with Kumar and Sam for a couple of weeks and almost ready to have things going.

Hidding the real price of the app which is between $10 and $30 more than what it shows here considering you pay $30 this app to just transfert your data to the real website which also charge you the same price.

I had to speak to the support for like 1 hour cause he kept avoiding my questions about the real price of the app if you want everything to be working.

Customer service beyond impressed me. They responded to my issue within minutes, and they kept responding to my emails very quickly until the issue was resolved. Imagine what the world would look like if this was the standard of customer service... I'm just grateful for their team's care. The actual App itself is incredibly helpful. It's made bookeeping wayyyy less of a pain in the behind.

The challenge with using other platforms and their plugins that we've encountered has been terrible customer / support services. I would be happy with decent support however this team actually goes above and beyond and are on it quickly. I highly recommend this app.

The support on this app was amazing, my bookkeeper left halfway through the setup process and Kumar was patient and walked me through it all. The app works as it is supposed to.

This takes all of the pain out of going back and forth and spending soooo much time doing entries. It works exactly as it should! Very grateful for this app!

I tried to download other apps to sync with my QBO, but all of them were pretty hard to use and the Customer Service wasn't able to help. Now, THIS APP is a total game changer, it works extremely well, gets the job done and their Customer Service staff is out of this world!! Download this app ASAP and make your life easier!!

Awesome Support. Quick Response. Exceptional Value for Money. If you just need an app to link up your Quickbooks Online to Shopify for easy accounting. Just use this app, compared to the prices for bigger apps like SAAS or Automate.IO.

I used this app to integrate Shopify and QB Online. It worked beautifully. The customer service was prompt and helpful. I was set up and integrated in just a couple of hours. I had previously tried other apps and found them complicated and lacking clear and concise entries to my software. I was certainly recommend this app.

I chose to migrate from Xero to Quickbooks because of Bold's Commerce's cost and poor service - Quickbooks is all around cheaper and $4.99 a month for this App is excellent value for money!

Kumar and his team are on a different level regarding their customer service and care. They've actually set up the app for me to work in South Africa in 1(!) day and made sure everything works 100%.
