This is an awesome app! The crew at QB Bridge are so helpful and quick to respond. I can't believe I ever lived without it. I was using a different app and constant problems with the sync. This app is so well thought out and has solved so many of my headaches. I highly recommend this product.
I highly recommend both the QuickBooks Bridge app and the support staff, who were key in making setup and syncing a straightforward process. The setup process is well thought out, and the synch creates detail in QuickBooks Online that lets us drill down from sales totals to individual transactions. This is a real help in confirming both that we have QuickBooks Bridge configured as intended, and that our retail staff has the proper training to make it work correctly. We took a tip from other reviewers and consulted with support staff frequently during setup, and it paid off!
I used this App to sync my Shopify store website and POS transactions to QuickBooks Online. It works well and set-up was easy. We notified the developer of an issue with how POS transactions were syncing into QuickBooks regarding sales tax calculations. I figured they would place a fix on their list of future changes, but they surprised me and corrected the issue right away, even making a subsequent change when the first update was not working exactly as I expected. They exceeded my expectations.
This app easily addressed my goal of syncing orders from Shopify to QuickBooks Online. I had some pre-sale questions, and Kumar got back to me right away with answers and helpful suggestions. I considered several of the conduit apps, but this one seemed to be the most straightforward, the easiest to set up, and the most reasonably priced. Thank you for providing this needed functionality!

Overall this app does the job, syncs over transactions from Shopify to Quickbooks saving time not having to enter customer details and what they ordered. There are some issues (support advise it's a Quickbooks issue) with cents rounding and you have to be careful with SKU syncing because if you change a SKU you need to ask support to refresh the sync as it doesn't update automatically. Support have been very helpful working through these issues and once you're aware of them you can manage them. It's still be a great time saver and I will be keeping the app.
This app has been horrible, constantly messing up the sync from our shopify inventory and our Quickbooks, Actually made our book keeper so frustrated she quit. I have been trying to get it to sync properly, and it will work great for a week or so and then goes astray again. Please HELP!!!!

Quickbooks Bridge has worked great for us so far in our transition into Shopify. Kumar has been an incredible help with all of the customization our company needs in order to stay up to date with our demanding workload. Fast response and friendly service makes it a breeze to work with this app.

The customer service in getting the proper accounts assigned and functioning properly made all the difference. These people are responsive and actually got my complicated setup working right.
