QuickBooks Bridge support team is very accommodating and made several custom request for our store. I tried many other QuickBooks syncing apps and found this app to fit the best in our store workflow. We highly recommend this Shopify App. Their support response time is super fast too.

Shashank and the Development Team did an amazing job helping us set up a bridge to capture Multi-Currency payments between Shopify & QBO. They were very quick with responses and results leading up to success completing our requirements.

This app works so great! I am a bookkeeper and the Quickbooks Bridge app transfers all of the sales data seamlessly to QBO. It is set up and I don't even have to think about it. I did contact customer service when I was configuring the app and received pure white glove service from Kumar. This app is the best solution to transfer sales from Shopify to QBO.
The sync between Shopify & Quickbooks Online was really easy w/Bridge. QBO is a bit wonky, but Bridge's customer support was AMAZING! Highly recommend this app.
** I have had this app since 2020, I have only ever had a couple of syncing issues and the company was very helpful and fast at replying, I COULD NOT handle all these transactions without it. ***update i've now had this app for a year. It still is the best thing ive ever done.
**now ive had this app a few months, the back order sync has been finished, and anytime ive reached out for assistance the response has been fast and they have fixed everything. I have about 2000 orders a year, i have many forms of payment including partially paid app, and i was concerned that all the fees(shopify fees, stripe fees etc) were being allocated in the correct place, I have been checking my orders and seeing how orderly it is. the bulk shopify orders go into a shopify holding account,then it "matches" when your deposit comes in and takes the portion you keep out of the holding account and into your bank account, and the amount kept by shopify gets allocated to a "cost of goods sold-shopify fees" account. so much easier! now all i need is them to make one for keeping track of all my shipping fees and taxes, oh and for the Shopify website/app/ fees !! LOVE these guys.
*** I have only had this app a few days, but the customer service has been outstanding! I had emailed them regarding a tax issue(orders from customers in other province that had ringed through in MY province were incorrectly mapping at their HST code instead of my local code) they had it fixed next day, and was very prompt in communication. I will review again after using this app for a while. But so far im very impressed! this is so far saving me a TON of work and headache.
This has been so useful for us working with Quickbooks and when I have any issues, the customer service is always quick and very helpful.
Updated 2/6/24: We had a new requirement to collect sales tax in additional states. We had an issue integrating with our QuickBooks Online tax rate. Abhi quickly solved the problem on the back-end (same day) and fixed retroactive orders. He then fixed the front-end so we can map on our own in the future. We hardly have issues or requirements, but when we do, Abhi and team are always incredibly responsive.
Original: We're using this app for two different Shopify stores, and the functionality is significantly better than the previous app we were using. Both stores automatically sync, vs. the prior version would only sync one or the other, so we had to regularly re-connect one of the stores, which defeats the whole point of automation.
Setup had some challenges, though Kumar worked through everything to our satisfaction, ensuring the app fully meets our needs. His support has been fantastic. Not once has he said, "The app's not designed to do that; you're out of luck". If we encounter what we consider missing functionality, he's found a way to make it happen. Thank you, Kumar, and everyone at QuickBooks Bridge.
This app is working great. I had a few issues getting it set up, but the support team was very helpful and responsive. Just FYI they respond better through email not over phone. After I got the issues fixed, the app has been working great, all the transactions seem to be transferring perfectly.
