This app is fantastic, the best by far for this type of feature and saves you a lot of time. The support experience was fast and helpful as well!

Really great support, helped to resolve my unsync issues, working fine with Quickbooks, easy to use and set up.

Overall this app does the job, syncs over transactions from Shopify to Quickbooks saving time not having to enter customer details and what they ordered. There are some issues (support advise it's a Quickbooks issue) with cents rounding and you have to be careful with SKU syncing because if you change a SKU you need to ask support to refresh the sync as it doesn't update automatically. Support have been very helpful working through these issues and once you're aware of them you can manage them. It's still be a great time saver and I will be keeping the app.

**see update below** I have only had this app a few days, but the customer service has been outstanding! I had emailed them regarding a tax issue(orders from customers in other province that had ringed through in MY province were incorrectly mapping at their HST code instead of my local code) they had it fixed next day, and was very prompt in communication. I will review again after using this app for a while. But so far im very impressed! this is so far saving me a TON of work and headache. **now ive had this app a few months, the back order sync has been finished, and anytime ive reached out for assistance the response has been fast and they have fixed everything. I have about 2000 orders a year, i have many forms of payment including partially paid app, and i was concerned that all the fees(shopify fees, stripe fees etc) were being allocated in the correct place, I have been checking my orders and seeing how orderly it is. the bulk shopify orders go into a shopify holding account,then it "matches" when your deposit comes in and takes the portion you keep out of the holding account and into your bank account, and the amount kept by shopify gets allocated to a "cost of goods sold-shopify fees" account. so much easier! now all i need is them to make one for keeping track of all my shipping fees and taxes, oh and for the Shopify website/app/ fees !! LOVE these guys. ***update i've now had this app for a year. It still is the best thing ive ever done.

Really great app and customer service. We had an issue with the Shopify item names not matching QB but it was an easy fix that the customer service team helped us resolve. Now it is working perfectly and orders are entered daily and saves me many hours a month manually entering in orders. They also have helped me in addition to just initial setup. Great app and great customer service.

Really responsive staff with their emails and they answered everything I needed. The one thing that was hard was that sometimes they would only respond at night so I wouldn't be able to move forward until the next day. Other than that, they were always helpful and setup everything properly for me. Highly recommend!

The sync between Shopify & Quickbooks Online was really easy w/Bridge. QBO is a bit wonky, but Bridge's customer support was AMAZING! Highly recommend this app.

We tried numerous QB to Shopify integration Apps and this is the only one that truly worked the way we needed it to. Their support team are also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Worth the money. Seamless and great customer support if help is needed. Saving a lot of time and our accountant is happy too :-).

Great app for syncing your Shopify transactions into QBO. Relative to other QBO syncing apps, we have found this one syncs pretty much all available data you can think of for a reasonable fee. Well developed app and the support is quick too.
