QuickBooks Bridge

I have been using this on www.nootkas.com and it does a wonderful job of downloading all of my transactions to QBO as well as all of my payments. Their help line is very responsive and makes sure any problem you have is solved.

We really like the app. It interfaces well, had some great support (especially getting discounts working) and does what we need it to do. For $10 a month, its saved us a lot of manual processing .. and therefore time.

I use this app to import my shopify transactions into Quickbooks Online. It saves me lots of time and works very well. Most important is the support I receive from their customer support chat. Kumar is very quick to respond and solves my problems quickly and efficiently.

Kumar and the team behind QB Bridge have been very accommodating to our needs. Specifically with preferences and customization. We're still ironing out a couple of wrinkles, but they are willing to customize our app to our desired functionality and that level of service goes a long way.

Very useful app. little bugs at the setup mostly due to incorrect setup by myself. Customer service was quick to fix and everything runs smooth with auto sync.

So much cheaper than other options, and hands down best customer service. Before even signing up I went back and forth at least a dozen times with Kumar to figure out if things were a fit, he had speedy and thorough answers every time! You won't this app.

This app works so great! I am a bookkeeper and the Quickbooks Bridge app transfers all of the sales data seamlessly to QBO. It is set up and I don't even have to think about it. I did contact customer service when I was configuring the app and received pure white glove service from Kumar. This app is the best solution to transfer sales from Shopify to QBO.

This is an updated review - we had issues with this app but Kumar and the team fixed our issues and provided great customer service. Would recommend.

Really responsive staff with their emails and they answered everything I needed. The one thing that was hard was that sometimes they would only respond at night so I wouldn't be able to move forward until the next day. Other than that, they were always helpful and setup everything properly for me. Highly recommend!

Bridge brings the item-level detail (sales by SKU) from my Shopify sales into QuickBooks! Customer service is excellent. It takes usually 12 hours for them to respond to email, but they are thorough and always are able to resolve my issue with little back and forth. Bridge even automates a journal entry for the Shopify fees and charges deducted from payouts! The only payments you have to manually reconcile are non-Shopify payments (Amazon, PayPal, etc.). The app has saved me countless hours of manual entries!
