this app seem to be the only app to work for the need we have. We only want specific wholesale orders for Net customers to sync to quickbooks as an invoice but not all orders. this app allows us too do so. and the customer service has been great he has helped us resolve and request we have had for order sync. Definitely recommend
I have used quickbooks bridge when i was using shopify 2 years ago and it worked well. Currently i have it installed on another shopify site and again it works well. Most importantly the support is prompt and accurate.
This has been so useful for us working with Quickbooks and when I have any issues, the customer service is always quick and very helpful.
Kumar and the team are excellent, He was patient with me and helped me to set up what was needed so all the appropriate programs worked with each other. The app is working great just as described and expected. What a awesome product, a 5 star for sure. Use this app it is the best one out there. Once it is set up it is easy to use. Can not thank you enough.
We have tried many other apps to sync our Shopify and Quickbooks accounts. Quickbooks Bridge has been just what we were looking for. It vastly decreases bookkeeping time once it is properly set up. We have had a few times where the sync didn't happen for one reason or another. The Quickbooks Bridge customer care team always responded within a day and helped to quickly resolve the issue. I highly recommend this app,
The challenge with using other platforms and their plugins that we've encountered has been terrible customer / support services. I would be happy with decent support however this team actually goes above and beyond and are on it quickly. I highly recommend this app.
Amazing app that fits our bookkeeping needs. Order syncing works great, and routes everything correctly to our Quickbooks which saves a lot of time and manual data entry on our end. The setup process was a bit more involved, but worth it once you have things set in place. The support team is also very responsive and helpful, and willing to help us figure out solutions for our unique situation.
QB Bridge has been a fantastic app for syncing my Shopify store with QB. It was easy to connect and the customer service is excellent. Now my programs work seamlessly together making ordering and accounting so much easier to manage!!! Highly recommend.
I have used MANY different QBO connections for over 7 years. We stuck with 1 for a long time but recently have been having issues that seem to never get fixed. That's what lead me to search for new Shopify
Edited: I love their customer support! They are responsive to requests and communicate very well about their intentions. They implement new features whenever possible. Customer support is top notch! The app behaves as expected and is reliable and dependable. It can handle company names being pulled from the billing address if you need to deal with resellers and dropshippers. It can handle restricting the sync to only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders. It does not support tags which is too bad. My only pet peeve is that there are many tweaks available in order to have the app behave just as you want it, but those tweaks are not accessible directly. I have to request whether what I need is possible and then Parex implements it. Thankfully they are very very responsive, usually within less than 24 hours. I just wish I had more direct control. Best customer support I've seen.
