With Individual Orders you can export all your Orders, Products & Customer data to QuickBooks Automatically. You can sync data to QuickBooks automatically or prefer to do it manually at your convenience. Once this was setup, my weekends are now freed up! What a great tool to automatically book sales and other Shopify transactions into the right account without manual intervention! I highly recommend!
Reasonably priced for the job it does of syncing my Shopify stores with QBO. I've had a few small issues over the past few years but the customer support has always been very prompt and has always solved the issue quickly.
This customer support team is in the upper tier level of expertise and intelligence. They gave clear, concise, direction and answers. Prompt responses and the team instantly understood our direction and needs. They were efficient and instantly problem solved to make the necessary changes/mapping occur accurately. Extremely impressed with the QB Shopify app team. These are professionals pursuing excellence and more than succeeding. They deserve every bit of those (5) stars and more!
Super easy to set up. I've been using this app on 4 different stores and it's worked marvellously. The support is super responsive.
This app does everything I need it to do, and does it well.
Note: it is an add-on feature to sync purchase orders to the Inventory Asset accont, and a separate add-on to do journal entries for COGS, if you're not using QBO to track inventory.
Nonetheless, very well worth it. The sync is almost immediate and it's clean, no missing data. You can even see a summary of synced orders, and can re-sync the purchase orders if necessary. The setup process allows for a good level of detail in how you'd like the data imported, such as asking if you'd like a PO to be synced as an item receipt or a bill, which has saved a lot of time in my workflow.
I would love a feature that syncs Inventory Adjustments made through Stocky :)
