About QuickBooks Bridge
Sync your Shopify data with your QuickBooks Online account automatically with our QuickBooks Shopify Bridge.
Our app will sync your Customers, Products, and Orders from Shopify to QuickBooks Online. You can choose to do it automatically or initiate it yourself.
We support Multi-currency integration as well. If your Store is in one currency and your QuickBooks Online account in another, our app will properly sync the data based on the currencies.
Multiple Shopify Stores to 1 QuickBooks Online Account
QuickBooks Bridge allows you to integrate more than one Shopify store to your QuickBooks Online account. This way you do not have to manage multiple QuickBooks Online account for each different store. (Need an app subscription for each store)
Daily Automated Sync
Export your Orders, Products & Customer data to your QuickBooks Online account automatically. You can choose to set your data sync to Auto mode or prefer to do it manually at your convenience.
You may have prepaid orders, or might have orders for which payment will be received later. With your app, you do not have to worry about. The Order sync will happen as it is in your Shopify account. If a payment is received later on, it will be updated in QuickBooks Online at that time. Also, cancellations & refunds are synced appropriately.
When our app syncs the orders, it will also sync the associated products to QuickBooks Online exactly like the details in Shopify. Currently, we sync only the products associated with the orders that are synced. If you require all products (upto 1000 variants) to be synced, do let us know.
You may choose whether you want to create an individual customer in QuickBooks for all your Shopify customers or you can select to sync all orders under one dummy customer. If you select the former, all your customers are entered into QuickBooks Online as well during the sync.
Tax & Shipping lines
We have you covered. We will even sync the Tax lines & Shipping line items to your QuickBooks Online Account.
Additional Optional Features
We have specific optional flows for Inventory sync, Wholesale businesses, sync invoices without payments, ignore Paypal transactions, etc. We can also discuss development of other necessary features. Currently we allow backdated order sync for prior 2 months. Orders before that will be synced for an additional fee based on order volume.
This app is ideal for stores based in following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, UAE, India & South Africa. For other countries, please contact us if there are issues with the sync.

Brilliant app! It's been flawless during our first six months of service. Customer support is super!
In my opinion the app integrates very well with QuickBooks online and my father does too. Considering that my father is a CPA and is very particular about things, the fact that he enjoys it says something. We ran into a small problem that was a result of my lack of knowledge but that was resolved very quickly by the on-point customer support team. I was very impressed with how quickly and effectivley the support team answered and resolved my issue. I recommend this to any shhopify store owner. After all, accounting is the backbone of every business. If your books are out of order, you won't last.

I just connected my quickbooks account and I tell you what it is great for and where it has limitations as an all in one solutions.
Great for: If you are a pure Shopify payment or PayPal payment shop, then this solution is essentially fully automated in allocating out sales by product sku, sales tax, transaction fees. Super easy and pretty much hands off. Fantastic.
Limitation: We have a subscription based website that uses recharge and processes payment through stripe. This solution will capture the sale for subscriptions appropriately and create a "Due from Stripe" account on the balance sheet. However, when stripe sends payment to the bank, they send it net of their transaction fees, which this solution does NOT pick up. So, there is a manual entry you need to make to back transaction fees out of "Due from Stripe" on the balance sheet and into a transaction fee expense account.
Overall, I'd recommend this solution. I looked at other solutions and they all had similar limitations
