Finally! We've been able to connect our orders from Shopify through to our Quickbooks. This product has been monumental in streamlining our processes (and saving my CFO's time!). We had a few hiccups at the beginning at implementation, but the customer service walked us through some troubleshooting and it was quickly resolved. Highly recommend adding this app into your toolbelt!

The app works like it is supposed to syncing QB Desktop Professional with Shopify. Support has been super helpful and quick when needed.
MyWorks has become a key tool for us. The interface is intuitive and our team was able to get used to it quite quickly.
I recommend MyWorks, it’s working great for us with no issues. The sync we used before was a source of great frustration at times. This app lets us sync individual order info and inventory levels. Setup was surprisingly straightforward, and when I needed help their support team was quick to respond.
Such a breath of fresh air! We've tried other QuickBooks Desktop sync apps for Shopify and they don't even come close to this one. It's so nice to be able to manage this app/connection in our Shopify admin instead of going to another dashboard - and it's SO straightforward to use. It syncs our orders exactly the way we need to, keeps our inventory and pricing up to date, and was really easy to set up and map our existing products together. At the end of setup, we were like wait, that's it? It's about time that we found a sync with QuickBooks Desktop that actually does what we need! And, the support team was super responsive and helpful as we were starting to sync.
