This app works perfectly in QB Desktop. Set-up easy and if you do have a question, the support is fabulous.
I was also happy how refunds transfer over into QB Desktop as well, and the payment types, for each reconciliation.
If you are wanting to sync your products and inventory between quick books desktop and shopify I highly recommend this app. The best part is the customer service team and how quick they are to reply/help.

If you're on the fence about myworks, just go for it. The app has been running smoothly since I installed it. I'm not very tech-savvy but was able to find my way around the app very quickly.
This app is a game-changer! I was struggling with manual data entry before, but with myworks I've automated everything. The inventory sync is the best bit for me. Overall, it's saved me hours every week.
