At first this application did not completely meet our needs, but customer service worked very consistently with us to meet our exact specifications. We are more than satisfied with this service. Special credit to Anand in customer support for their consistency, patience, and reliability
We are still new to this app and learning how it works, but customer service has been very responsive and helpful.
We are stuck with Quickbooks for now, I don't like it since it was sold to us like an ERP but is just accountant/inventory software. Anyhow, this app is specifically to connect your Shopify ecommerce with Quickbooks Desktop and works perfect. The customer service is quick, efficient, very clear and helpfull. So to this specific app, I give 5 stars. Customer service email is: qbspsupport@parextech.com Be aware that this app and customer service are just related to the Shopify-Quickbooks Desktop connection/integration. They can't provide support regarding how Quickbooks works. That has to be directly with Quickbooks.

Fantastic app - does exactly what I needed. This app allowed me to be able to connect Shopify to Quickbooks and keep track of inventory as well. And the customer support is excellent!
This app saves me many hours of manually entering our daily sales! Each sale is detailed in QB and can easily be verified by our bank deposits. My only suggestion would be a daily entry instead of an entry for each transaction, but it is working great as it is. The support for this app is quick, accurate and friendly. I highly recommend it!
This app is amazing! I can't even calculate how many hours and days of my life I've reclaimed from manually inputting invoices. It works great with more involved Quickbooks Desktop inventory as well and also works on a remote desktop. The support is great as well, they are quick to respond by email and will take the time to help resolve any issues in the background remotely. I can't tell you how happy I am!
The customer service has been phenomenal. We use QuickBooks Desktop, and coming from Connex due to their pricing structure. There were some unique variables we had in place due to Connex's sync, and the support at Parex was outstanding in getting our app to sync using the same strategy without losing any data. I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Well done team, keep up the great work.

You can not use this app with QB desktop pro point of sale 19. The QB web connector needed is outdated and has an expired license that wont allow it to work. The tech support was not helpful when we reported this.

The issue with the QB web connector for QB Point of Sale is because of an issue on the QuickBooks side. It is not an issue from our end.
Also, the QuickBooks POS software works differently. Hence, we have never advertised that our app works with QB POS.
We would like to apologise to you for any inconvenience that you might have faced but this is beyond the control of our team.
We would be happy to work with you and see if we can resolve the issues or guide you accordingly. We even tried to send different emails but we have not received any reply yet.
