The customer service is top notch. I have minimal Quickbooks Desktop experience and needed a lot of hand holding. They were extremely responsive and took the time and care to make sure everything was set up correctly and always answered my many follow up questions. App works great and is saving us as ton of time and reducing errors due to our old manual ways. Highly recommend this product.

You can not use this app with QB desktop pro point of sale 19. The QB web connector needed is outdated and has an expired license that wont allow it to work. The tech support was not helpful when we reported this.
The issue with the QB web connector for QB Point of Sale is because of an issue on the QuickBooks side. It is not an issue from our end.
Also, the QuickBooks POS software works differently. Hence, we have never advertised that our app works with QB POS.
