This app works great. Super easy to set up and just runs. Had a little difficulty with the transition from QBooks 2020 to 2023 version but the service help and especially Utkarsh did a great job.
Set up took less than 15 minutes and the app worked great from the start. Support was able to make a few changes for us the same day. We tried several different Shopify to QuickBooks syncing apps - this one has been the best yet!

Just added Wholesale Order Form app that was not compatible with previous solution. This one is! Easy set up, fast support and fast integration work to make our QB invoice look like it always did. If set up options do not seem to offer what you want, just ask support about it. Aces for us.
Excellent customer service! I had a pretty serious issue with how my sales tax was reporting, and once I figured out what needed to be done, the Quickbooks Desktop team made it happen so fast!
With something that syncs financial data its extremely important that its stable and has good support. This app has been very stable and the sync meets our needs. When we hit an issue with sales tax caused by another app integration the team worked hard to resolve and we are very happy with the app and support.
This is an excellent app that works seamlessly in the background. We chose this app to replace a similar one used previously and could not be any happier. In addition to working well, the customer service is top notch.
The setup is simple, the connection is stable, and it works exactly as it should. We now have all of our orders syncing with QuickBooks! Customer support is very responsive and has addressed any issue we've had within 24 hours—definitely a company you can trust. Install with confidence, My only slight complaint (which is not necessarily this softwares fault) is large volume stores may have an issue with syncing payouts if you are using Right Networks to host your Quickbooks. Right Networks will disconnect after 2 hours of inactivity and this software requires the sync to be running non-stop for longer (8 hours a day) for stores with lots of daily sales.
At first this application did not completely meet our needs, but customer service worked very consistently with us to meet our exact specifications. We are more than satisfied with this service. Special credit to Anand in customer support for their consistency, patience, and reliability
We are stuck with Quickbooks for now, I don't like it since it was sold to us like an ERP but is just accountant/inventory software. Anyhow, this app is specifically to connect your Shopify ecommerce with Quickbooks Desktop and works perfect. The customer service is quick, efficient, very clear and helpfull. So to this specific app, I give 5 stars. They can't provide support regarding how Quickbooks works. That has to be directly with Quickbooks.
