QuickBooks Desktop by Parex

The developers of this app are very easy to work with when you have questions or concerns with connecting Shopify to QB Enterprise. They made sure everything worked correctly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this app and this group of developers! This app has been the highlight of using Shopify!

Update 6/26/2024 - I had issues when I moved QB Desktop to a new device. Working with this group was easy. We connected, and they had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. This is an awesome group to work with whether its for setup or troubleshooting issues. They are awesome!!!!!

This application is functioning well. We have a complex amount of data to move regularly across these platforms. The service and response times have been on point and bring resolve. Good product. Open minded approach to adjust as needed by the individual business model.

Great customer service! I had a lot of questions and needed a few more features than what I saw available. Mahek has been very helpful in making adjustments to the app so it works for our company. Everything is flowing like it should.

Our team has a number of unique practices keying in orders into QB. The team was able to configure the fields so we reduce almost all of the manual data entry. This is saving us an enormous amount of time!!! Highly recommend, support is excellent.

Love it....I initially thought it would be difficult to set up but it was not. This app has streamlined so many things and allowed me to concentrate on other duties besides data entry. Support is terrific. Thank you so much....is worth every penny ;-)

I love this app, and the customer service from Mahek is fantastic. This app saves me hours of unnecessary work. After working on the settings, I needed some tweaks made. Mahek took care of it all on the back end and now I'm loving it!

This app works great. Super easy to set up and just runs. Had a little difficulty with the transition from QBooks 2020 to 2023 version but the service help and especially Utkarsh did a great job.

I had a small issue requiring tech support and my agent Utkarsh was timely, accurate, and reliable in resolving the issue. He not only fixed it, he explained the issue in non-technical terms that I could understand. Very good service!

The customer service is exceptional. They did everything to tweak their product to work for me and very quickly too. I highly recommend this company. Their app has been immensely helpful in cutting down the time I spend balancing my Quickbooks as everything is automatically there for me.
