Our team has a number of unique practices keying in orders into QB. The team was able to configure the fields so we reduce almost all of the manual data entry. This is saving us an enormous amount of time!!! Highly recommend, support is excellent.

This is by far the best company that I have worked with in regards to syncing orders from Shopify to Quickbooks. If there is ever a problem they are always quick to help!

They are very clear and helpful. Just understand they are not Quickbooks, they are the app that connects your Shopify Store with Quickbooks Desktop.

They reply to all the emails the same day, the next day morning at the most.
The only not-so-good thing is that everything has to be via email. They don't accept calls/meetings. But if you are clear enough via email, they are very helpful.

The app has worked great for us. We had a few issues arise and Shashank provided professional customer support, addressing all of our needs in a timely manner. This is the app if you're looking to sync Shopify orders to QuickBooks.

After installing the The QuickBooks Desktop app it has work seamlessly from the start. We have had some SKU/Item mapping issues, mainly do to operator error, and the Parex Tech Team responded promptly and solved our issues very quickly. Highly recommend this app, the customer service is amazing.
