BOLD QuickBooks Sync

Great product! I love QuickBooks and this makes it easy to keep all my accounting in one place.

Update 3-23-19: Tried to get support over 4 days ago, sent them emails, got ZERO response. Save yourself money, time, and frustration. Run while you still can, because these guys do not care about you one bit. Honestly, they do not even contact me to attempt to placate me. They just ignore it.

Not really worth the money, IMO. Every week there is numerous orders/sales receipts that simply do not get exported, and I have to manually enter them. So what am I paying for exactly? I could just save the monthly charge and enter every receipt manually. When it works properly, it does save time. But I could not think of the last time it worked properly. Over 4 months ago.

Jericho was extremely helpful when I had some questions! Very thankful that their support team helped me out so quickly.

Fairly easy to set up, although, we needed our accountant to confirm a few things. Otherwise, once it's up and running it's very easy to work with.

Great app and excellent service! The team is always available and will go above and beyond to make sure you are helped. Extremely satisfied.

Awesome add-on to my Shopify store (Halos Boutique www.shophalos.com) . It syncs very easily, you just need to Intuit so they can show you how to properly account for payouts coming from amazon and paypal. Now I can get back to selling women's fashion!

App does not work! It used to work then suddenly stopped. Recommend to stay away unless you want yore business mess-up.

I continually have issues with the app. They stopped exporting to QB three months ago without any notification. But they keep charging me. Shopify need to find a better app developer to work with. This is a real problem for companies running a serious business.

I had a problem with this app exporting Invoices and Rajni and Jordan were very patient with me to help me resolve the issue.

I have now deleted this app after 3 years of using it the incompetence of support unable to resolve an issue the lack of communication is appalling please be warned I have now switched to a new app I couldn't take dealing with this team anymore.

*Update* Stay away from this app the issue is unresolved after 8 days was offered a call at a specific time never happened never got the call - I would strongly advise look at other apps first before this.

App stopped working with an error on a few order exports contact BOLD support 4 days ago still no response. Have reported this to Shopify in the hope they can help me. If a company is promoting their applications but can't support their apps they should be removed from the app store. You would expect better than this.
