This app has been helpful thus far. I just started using it and can't wait to see what it can all do! Paul was very helpful to me when I had questions regarding using it for the first time.
Just started using the app and so far so good. Did have an error when exporting but reached out to customer service and customer service (Nikhil) got back to me pretty quickly with a step-by-step guide (so helpful!) to figure out how to get around the errors. I am a visual learner so the guide was exactly what I needed. Hopefully this app works in my favor as I grow and expand my business.
Paul was very helpful resolving issues related to data mapping. Thank you!
Thanks Jericho and Rony for you help today. You were able to get my questions answered quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated you checking into how things work in QBO so I could get the most out of your app. Your customer service makes me glad I chose your app.
I have used this app for 3 yrs with no problems, suddenly error problems. It took a bit to get a response but once I got on their radar they have been right on it. Think we have worked out the issues at this point. Thanks
Samuel was helpful in sorting out our export issue with inventory items. Couldn't be happier with his help!
A lot of bugs but the team worked very hard to to get the problems solved!
I purchased this app to sync my Shopify account with my Quickbooks Online account so that I can track inventory and sales, etc. I had a tricky time understanding the setup (importing skus into QBs) and had a lot of questions. It was challenging at first to get the assistance I wanted (I like to actually talk with someone when dealing with a new app rather than email back n forth for days/weeks) but eventually I spoke with Nick who kindly and patiently answered all my questions. I'm hopeful that it works as it should.
It's way too expensive for what it does. Looking for alternatives. Also it doesn't seem to know how to handle Amazon Payments, which I didn't think would be a big deal but it turns out a lot of people like to use Amazon Payments.
It does handle Shopify Payments transactions fine. But for $20/mo? I signed on when it was free.. so now I have to figure something else out..
Update: Customer support contacted me and assured me they are working on a fix to handle Amazon Payments. They also offered me a discount while I wait for this feature.
Excellent support help when used live chat. All pretty good so far. Some random transactions did not port across to QBs from Shopify however and this caused vast confusion. Live chat assistant sorted it but we spent a long time trying to fathom why it was happening!!
