MyWorks has been a lifesaver when it comes to importing ALL data from Shopify into Quickbooks Online. They respond quickly to email support requests, their customer service team is knowledgeable and always willing to tackle the issue, no matter if it pertains to sales tax sync, purchase orders entered on a third party app, or partial return receipts straight from Shopify. If something does not sync correctly, they have been very helpful in getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. Definitely recommend over "free" apps that end up costing time!

We looked at going zapier and other connectors but this has so many built in features that this is a best cost savings than all the other connectors we have looked at.
Setup is fairly straight forward, but the service team is right there to help answer any questions you may have.

After spending several days testing two other integration apps, this was the first solution that worked properly for our Shopify to QuickBooks Online setup. The integration was straightforward to configure, and key areas like tax mapping, discounts, and order-level behavior were easy to understand and control. Taxes mapped cleanly into QBO, discounts posted correctly at the order level, and transactions flowed through exactly as expected. Inventory and product data also sync cleanly and can be scheduled as frequently as needed.
Their support team was also excellent—knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. When questions came up during setup, I typically heard back within a couple of hours with clear, actionable guidance. Once enabled, the automations were reliable and required very little ongoing management.

We battled with the QuickBooks free integration for Shopify for years, having to manually fix issues on a daily basis and add compensating controls to handle integration errors and omissions. We worked with, and tested several paid solutions, without success due to us being in Canada and collecting/remitting sales tax/VAT internationally which no application/vendor could handle. MyWorks and the MyWorks team are incredible. In a relatively short period of time, we have full integration working between Shopify and QBO. Not only is it handling multi-currency, it is also handling the sales tax/VAT perfectly. So yes, the product is awesome! But very importantly, the support we have received over the past month has been nothing less than amazing. The responsiveness of the MyWorks team is the best I have experienced ever. :)

Amazing time saving Software. Straight forward in setup with some really handy options in doing so. Not to mention a customer service team who are REALLY dedicated to helping their customers.
