Pros:
Features that other Shopify/QB apps don't offer, which saves manual work if you use locations & classes. Before we had to use an app to export the orders, then modify them and then upload.
Also being able to sync inventory from Shopify to QB is great.
Helpful team that will go above and beyond to help setup and rectify issues.
Cons: No live chat, so it can take some time to resolve issues.
First of all, MyWorks works great. I like it's manual push feature a lot so it quickly updates whatever invoice needs to be fixed. We had a problem where customer name not showing up as company name despite the {company name} settings, and through the meeting I had with Peter L. we were able to easily fix this issue. We been manually re-typing customer names on QBs because the information imported from Shopify wasn't correct, which messed up the whole discount rate because it was set up differently on QBs. Turned the settings on in MyWorks as Peter L. Advised, boom. Fixed! we never have to touch our invoice again. He was super helpful and quick to respond to any of my emails, also David A. forwarded what I've discussed with him so that Peter L. was aware of what's going on so I didn't even had to explain it all over again which saved so much time. Thank you both!
We used MyWorks Sync to connect our old WooCommerce website to QuickBooks. Now we use it for syncing our Shopify site to QuickBooks. Both experiences have been great! The app works as expected, and the customer support team is very responsive and helpful.
I looked everywhere for an app that allowed me to move sales orders from Shopify and automatically turn them into invoices in Quickbooks online. This is the only app I tried that worked! I had a few issues migrating products but the tech support team was extremely responsive and very clearly walked me through how to fix the issues. I'm mainly writing this review due to how quickly the customer service team responded and how knowledgable they are. 5/5.
MyWorks has been awesome to streamline our QB and Shopify order. We do a lot of B2b sales and it helps tremendously with cutting down on the duplicate invoicing, custom variant product syncing and more. Would recommend to anyone who uses QB and Shopify!
