The sync is great, works as intended, but what really won me over was the awesome support! Shoutout to David and Cristina who helped us set up. We have a few more specific needs in our business that we struggled to meet with other tools (we previously used Snyder). What made us consider Myworks was the ability to map collections to a class, which has been a real life-saver for our business. We ultimately decided to switch to MyWorks after trying it and haven’t looked back. Big time saver! MyWork has made managing our finances much easier. The support team's assistance has been invaluable in setting up and tailoring the integration to what we need. The interface is quite intuitive, there wasn’t much of a learning curve for us when we started. The setup call really set us up for success.
