This software is not bad to use and has saved me a lot of work. The workload that was originally only completed by five customer service representatives can now be completed by three people, saving a lot of time. The AI is really powerful, and the requirements we raise can always be solved quickly. After all, it is not manual and cannot replace manual labor 100%. It is already great

We originally used Zendesk, but later chose QuickCEP. They are very professional, and the overall backend process is very clear. They also have powerful AI functions. The account manager is very responsible and will help us with settings and guidance. Highly recommended!!!
