QuickCEP:AI Sales Chatbot

We've been testing and using this software for about one week, and finally it is set up and put into use. Currently we just use the chat&comment and robot features, and there are some pros and cons about this application. Pros:
1. It has some basic flows that help us build our own, which are really helpful and intuitive.
2. The response from the support team is very prompt, and they correct and update in an impresive speed.
3. We could clearly see the statistics for the using of the flows and further optimize them. Cons:
The robot is still unstable like sometimes some parts of the flows would repeat automatically. But it was solved by the support team. Needs more tests and updates. Overall, we are satisfied with it and hope it could become more user-friendly and functional. In the future, we would try other features to make full use of this software and see how it goes.

QuickCEP has 3 core functions which helps to optimize my website greatly. It's easy to schedule the bot and FAQ parts. The most amazing part is that it even can receive all the message which are from social media as long as you set them up and connect to your account. In a word, it is functional and helpful.
