QuickCEP is a product I have been looking for all the time. It integrates many channels and functions, such as social media, online, email, telephone, email, whatsapp, etc. On the one hand, we do data analysis and user operations in a unified manner. Quickcep has significantly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The incorporation of consulting channel ports has enabled us to address issues that customers have not conveyed through emails, providing a more intuitive view of customer inquiries through data. We hope that QuickChip can promptly introduce the email customer satisfaction data export function, allowing for a more objective analysis based on user evaluations. Many features of QuickChip are still being explored.
