I worked with Joseph!! It was quite the ordeal because I had a shop in the past. He was so patient and helpful. I wish we could have a dedicated rep for issues because I would choose him. He was excellent and made sure I was taken care of before ending. Totally awesome!!!

MAJOR HELP, Angelica solved my issue with no problem. Not to mention, she's cute. I dont know what else I can say but she was on it from the beginning and synced my inventories.
She did an excellent job! She was patient and kind. She stayed until everything was resolved.

Great help from Joseph in customer service team. He did what others couldnt do in 2 weeks in 10 mins.
Loved that it was quick and easy in the background, the chat with Omar was incredibly helpful and checked in every few minutes during the process! I didn't have to do a ton of extra work to get all my products synced into Etsy, which I loved
