Thea walked me thru every single possible scenario so its like getting a crash course using this app. This app is wonderful and it has helped me linked my ETSY shop to Shopify with ease. Service support is the best where you can get immediate technical support right away. And sync'ing worked just as expected. I appreciate the help!
I've had a few hiccups with syncing products, but an agent has always been available to help answer questions and even resolve the issue themselves. I would recommend this app!
Once I received the chat help, set up was easy. I was very pleased with the help I received. The representative that assisted me, Thea, was WONDERFUL!!
