when i needed help you guys showed up. It was great and fast.
I've been super pleased with the service provided by everyone I've worked with through the chat support. Issues are resolved quickly and everyone has been extremely friendly. Arianne and Diana in particular have been super awesome. QuickSync saves me so much time. I can't recommend it enough.
Joseph was very helpful in connecting some of my orders to my Shopify that didn't sync properly due to a bug with Etsy.
Had an issue with syncing and the customer service guy khalid did the job great, when the issue became big he offered to hop on a zoom call with me and we worked it out and now every thing is working, Thank you Khalid and I hope you have a Good One!
Ran into a hiccup during setup. Found out that this only allows for syncing from one location, but I have products that are made in multiple locations, so Omar helped me out and sent a link to their other app that allows multi-product location syncing.
This review is more for the customer service rep helping me quickly figure out a problem.
Khaled was very helpful with helping my sync Shopify to Etsy. Worked perfectly.

First off.... I almost cried tears of rejoice when Joseph popped up.

I will make this long story short. I opted for early retirement from a job I have had for 15 years, 15 years of my 30-year career. My husband and I did not plan for retirement since we thought the economy and money would always be here.
After 3 months I was sitting on the porch with my 2 dogs and an article popped up about Etsy and how to make money. I had a moment of joy, like I haven’t had for a while.
I learned very quickly, setting up Etsy, creating the account working on messaging and tag statements, along with designing items and linking them to a drop ship printer, then setting up the printing account. I won’t go on, but you get the picture. This was not my vision.
I have asked over 7 platforms questions along the way with processes. Not one of them had a live person. I also searched YouTube, and nothing helped.
When Joseph sent me the chat, that is when I almost cried. His greeting immediately put me at ease for the first time since I started this process. Then he went on to set up my account and was so peaceful in his communications. I am waiting for the time when the world is full of Josephs. People that are kind, understanding and help relieve the frustration and anxiety when going through this process.
Thank you beyond words for having Joseph. My phrase moving forward when requesting help will be ‘Thank for your time”, in my mind I am sure there will be many times I say in my head “they aren’t no Joseph”, Incorrect English but I am from Northern US.

At first glance, the app seems simple. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that this simplicity isn’t necessarily beneficial for all users, as one might want to know what’s happening in the background of the app. However, when you connect with a support representative via chat, many things become easier to understand.
