Joseph was great! Kind, dedicated and efficient. I was unable to sync my shine on product from shopify to etsy. He walked me through how to enable track quantity and bravo! Issue fixed effortlessly.

I do not know anything about syncing my products and Joseph from Customer Support Chat was so kind to assist me every step of the process.
