During the setup process, Mohamed was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty and spent over an hour making sure my Shopify store was showing up properly on Etsy. Would definitely recommend based on that experience.
I was helped by Normie who was very kind and patient with me. She was able to answer all my questions. She immediately solved the problem I had with the synchronization. What's more, she had some knowledge of Etsy and was also able to give me some information. Thank you very much Normie
