I started with etsy because its easy for those of us that don't know how to manage/run/start their own website. I as working on importing listings and *BING* a "how can I help you" window popped up. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me get my etsy shop imported to my new Shopify shop.

The associate who helped me was really great! The help I received was above and beyond!
