I was a bit concerned about using apps and getting everything messed up. When I signed up for the integration app, I paused and asked for help immediately. I most concerned about etsy listings having errors. I asked for help in chat and met Gasser. Excellent service. He sought answers and was quick to respond at each instant in less than 24 hours everything was and my etsy listings were live on my shopify store.

Omar has been extremely quick and helpful. This is the kind of customer service I would like to see everywhere.

Worst experience. Every time when order comes in, the order is synced but the inventory is not updated. I have to manually go and update the inventory so that product is marked Out of Stock. Reached multiple times to support staff but they are not helpful. Still its an open issues and no one is helping form support team to resolve it.

Joseph assisted me today. He was very nice and extremely helpful in assisting me with updating and syncing my Shopify with my Etsy store! Wonderful customer service.
