Love the idea of this, but it has caused me more problems than anything. I can't get all my items to sync between Shopify and Etsy (I've reached out for help multiple times), and it keeps changing my stock all on its own which causes me to oversell items then I lose out on fees because I am not refunded for those when I have to refund my customers. Really wish this worked, it would have made my life so much easier!

Update:
Trotz zwei Wochen intensivem Hin- und Herschreiben konnte mein Problem immer noch nicht gelöst werden.
Ich habe mehrere Stunden in den Support investiert und wirklich viel Geduld gezeigt.
Leider hat sich das nicht ausgezahlt – im Gegenteil: Es kam zu fehlerhaften Synchronisationen bei Bestellungen und Lagerbeständen, was mir zusätzlich Überstunden verursacht hat.

Ich war lange Zeit sehr zufrieden, aber inzwischen habe ich das Gefühl, nicht ernst genommen zu werden. Zudem muss ich mein Problem bei jeder neuen Nachricht wieder von vorne erklären, was extrem frustrierend ist.

Shame on you. Not only are you reverse syncing without my permission, your support staff refuse to escalate this to the developer. I have lost thousands or dollars with you not being able to sync. You will be hearing from our attorney. This is a horrible app and will cost you a lot of revenue in the long term if you have issues.

I've given this app way too many chances. I have linked it to my Etsy store and it de-activates my Etsy listings. Then I have to divide the quantities of stock between the stores manually. 200+ of my listings are de-activated as of now despite listings sharing identical SKU's. The amount of sales and fees this app has cost me is in the hundreds. I have customers constantly asking me when items will be back in stock because of this de-activation by this ridiculous app. It was only good for the first few months then they did something to ruin the app. I'm so very angry and upset by the work load and money this app has cost me. Don't waste your money or time on this.

This app is so easy to use and the customer service is outstanding!!! Highly recommend!

UPDATE:
There is an issue with this app manually adjusting the inventory in my shopify store to zero. I was only aware this was happening when a customer called about an out of stock product. I had just added inventory and Etsy Quick Sync manually adjusted the inventory back to 0. This has happened at least 5 times in the last 6 months and each time I am assured the developers fixed the issue. It just happened again yesterday and now I am being told since the adjustment happened 2 weeks ago I have to wait for it to happen again because they don't have logs to check that far back. Currently looking for another app.

I've been using QuickSync for about a year to integrate my Etsy shop into my Shopify store. QuickSync app does not do this effectively. It causes huge problems with multi-listings. I had lots of issues with items not being pulled across, pictures not being pulled across. Also, in the end, it eventually didn't sync 'sold' items. It puts items back in stock on Shopify that had sold on Etsy, made a complete mess of both stores! I had to manulay got thought all my stock to check! I tried it for 12 months. What a joke. I will never use this app again. Simon at Prestige.

Horrid app started cancelling historic orders from over a year ago and then creating mirror orders with brand new order numbers. Nightmare as the help desk are pretty useless and keep passing it on to dev, who you never get feedback from. They don't have a clue tech wise. The devs answer seemed to be just to cancel the phantom orders leaving me with no accurate back data. Tax and HMRC hell. I wouldn't go near these guys if I were you. App is a little buggy but works sometimes. No sure the inventory sync works either.

This app will allow customers on Etsy to purchase products that are out of stock at the sync'ed Shopify location. This has happened several times over the year with multiple attempts to get this resolved with the customer service team.

They are well aware of this issue and simply re-sync the inventory as a temporary fix. This however just causes more problems and results in customers not coming back.

I have incurred several unfortunate experiences with this app including losing my stores star seller rating due to the customers leaving negative reviews on the out of stock items, customer cancellations of orders, spent time having to manually update the inventory on Etsy to match what is have in stock on Shopify, and lost hours having to even recount inventory in my warehouse because the app integration will add stock sometimes instead of syncing properly to the location selected.

It's a shame that I have communicated with their customer service team 6+ times, have well over 40+ screen shots of the errors through out the year, and still nothing has been done. I would not suggest anyone use this app unless you utilize a single location, but even then who knows.

Unreliable syncing, ongoing data corruption, financial loss — and now blame-shifting
We installed QuickSync to connect Etsy and Shopify, hoping for a reliable syncing solution. Instead, we experienced repeated data issues over several months, including:
Inventory syncing failures from October onward
Incorrect stock levels showing on Shopify
Multiple Etsy listings being merged into a single Shopify listing
Duplicate SKUs generated by the app
Etsy titles, photos, prices, and listing data overwritten without permission
A US$240 financial loss due to incorrect price syncing
Repeated “sync successful” emails when nothing had been fixed
We reached out to support dozens of times, and each time we were told “everything is fixed,” even though the same problems continued. We gave the developer multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, including escalations to their senior technical team.
The most concerning part came recently:
Instead of taking responsibility for the errors, the support team attempted to pin the blame on us, claiming manual edits and duplicate SKUs — even though:
We never assign SKUs (QuickSync generates them)
Our titles and prices were correct before QuickSync overwrote them
Our manual edits were made after the incident to repair the damage their system caused
Shifting responsibility onto users rather than acknowledging system errors is deeply unprofessional and unsafe for merchants who rely on accurate inventory and data integrity.
We have now been forced to close our Shopify store temporarily to prevent further customer impact while we clean up the damage.
Use this app with extreme caution if your business relies on correct inventory, pricing, and listing integrity.

After 5 months using this app, this app has created more problems than solving the issue to the extend affecting our sales on Etsy. Here are list of problems we have faced, everytime we reach for support - we get instead support however we run into multiple side effects which are discovered later.

1. Alt text of image not syncing
2. Variant images are not associated (learned hard way when our sales went down)
3. New listing overwrote existing listing when both has different SKU
4. Order syncing now takes 1 hours from Etsy to Shopify
5. Video is not synced - support told this feature is not supported.
