Thea was very nice and helped me with the sync. I needed this to be free because I am a pretty poor artist.
I would recommend this app to others.
The written instructions to how to sync were very clear for someone that isn't 'techy'. There was also the option to speaking to someone on chat which I don't usually do however, I had a issue which led to me using the chat. I'm so happy I did.
The person I was dealing with was so very helpful, it felt like I had an invested partner helping find a solution to my business need. The title of the person was Customer Success Agent and it was an appropriate title, they were truly focussed on the success of my store.

if you have variants in your listings, forget about it. Completely messed up my shopify and etsy store. Now have to resort to editing all listings one by one. Complete waste of time. Order syncing did not work either and was messaged to handle them one by one manually... whats the point?
I just started and already the customer service is simply amazing, chat is available and fast. The agent named Joseph was fast. readily available . and extremely kind

BEST FREE Plan out there. However, you don't have the option to select specific "categories" to sync from your Shopify Store to Etsy. It's either sync all the products or nothing. They have an option to select specific individual products, but that's not gonna be helpful as I have 3000+ products on my Shopify store and I wanna sell only 40 of them on Etsy. So this app is not feasible for me, but for those of you out there who wanna import all your products or have no issues manually selecting a few products. Just go for it!

TRASH THIS APP IS DESIGNED BY LUNATICS AND IS NOT USABLE AT ALL, IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM SHOPIFY, I CAN'T BELIEVE SHOPIFY HAS NO BASIC QUALITY ASSURANCE. THIS TRASH SHOULD NEVER BE EVEN ALLOWED ON SHOPIFY.
