The app's after service is fantastic - I was having trouble with syncing my products but Normie from customer care was fabulous at assisting me with making sure I had done everything correctly by sending screenshots, walking me through each step and even setting up a Zoom call to help.
This is by far the best service I've received in a long time! Thank you

hi i contacted them as i had a question i was took care of by Mohamed Hussein, he was really nice in helping me out with a problem, he sorted this out and was really nice as i did not know how to do certain things on my shop to get to the point i needed to be

I've had a few hiccups with syncing products, but an agent has always been available to help answer questions and even resolve the issue themselves. I would recommend this app!

The set up of my items from Shopify to Etsy was easy and seamless and support from Mohamed Hussein facilitated any questions that I had regarding my listings
I have been and Etsy seller for almost 12 years. Today, I decided to actually build my stand alone site with Shopify. Rather than manually enter over 300 products I chose this app to assist me in exporting my listings. So far, it's working pretty great! (It's going to take some time to complete with all the variants and photos...) I also want to say that my experience with Joseph has been exceptional. Right after I downloaded this app he greeted me, in a chat window, and let me know he was there if I needed anything. A few hours later, I did have a question, and he was right there to virtually hold my hand as I hit the sync button. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days. He made what could have been a stressful moment easy and seamless. I wish he was going to hold my hand through the rest of this process!
