Very informative and helped out where I needed help to ensure products were synced correctly.
My experience was terrific. I started out knowing nothing about this app and once I communicated with the representative, Everything fell into place. I had my settings for products incorrect, and my representative was able to guide me and explain how to correct it and proceed with the following steps.
I was leary about selecting this app over the others, but now I am convinced.

Great customer service from Normie, she helped me with everything I needed. I was having some trouble, and she made everything much more simple. I am very pleased.

I had some issues in syncing 1582 products into my Etsy listing due to some issues not matching, I tried to figure everything out myself for 2 days going on youtube, google, FAQ's, and I ended up reaching out to contact support and Joseph was an absolutely respectable and helpful agent.
Not only did he give me instructions to do it myself, but he offered and took the initiative to take the necessary steps and actions to personally go into my store with permission, bulk edit ALL of my products in order to resolve the syncing issues, and synced all of them into Etsy himself.
