New user, but an excellent experience so far. This makes my life so much easier and the customer service is amazing so far!!! Joseph was a great help. I am very glad I found this application to sync my products from my shopify site to etsy!

Not only does this app work pretty easily, but the customer service is spectacular. Joseph was patient answering all my questions and made sure that I was super clear and confident with this app, how it would interact with Shopify, and next steps. If the user friendliness of this app wasn't already enough, the dedicated customer service team really makes this an amazing experience.

Complete beginner to the product but the support I received from Omar Youssef and his colleague was brilliant, I highly recommend their support if you are new to selling individually.
