I'm super impressed with the customer service! Regardless of how easy/intuitive a UI is, there really isn't anything that beats having a human walk you through things for the first time. Thea held my hand in the set up process, and got me set up super quickly. I'm very happy with this app so far!
Normie was great and easy to talk to. She has great communication skills and takes the initiative to assist me with my issues. She's an awesome representative.
I had issues with syncing my products but my customer advisor Normie helped me work out all issues I had, great customer service and many many thanks !
