I think the app itself can benefit customers by providing more information e.g. it is not clear how the charges and process between shopify and Etsy are managed.

Omar was really helpful with helping me set up my products to sync across to Etsy. He guided me through each step and got my products up and running just in time for my shop launch.

if you have variants in your listings, forget about it. Completely messed up my shopify and etsy store. Now have to resort to editing all listings one by one. Complete waste of time. Order syncing did not work either and was messaged to handle them one by one manually... whats the point?
