Etsy Integration ‑ QuickSync

Great app.

What really sets this app apart, though, is the customer support. I had a few questions about the features, and Joseph, the support agent, went above and beyond to help me out. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Joseph made sure all my issues were resolved quickly, and his friendly attitude made the whole experience even better.

I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for sync to Etsy. And if you ever need assistance, know that you’re in great hands with people like Joseph on the support team!

I was having hard time syncing my products and Omar was quick to answer my questions and help me with the process. Super polite, great customer service!

App does what it says, just not quite necessary for a small business like mine, if you can afford it though it does save a headache of uploading every product you have on other shops like shopify. It's easier to navigate than some of the other syncing apps I had trialed. Arianne was also nice and helpful when I pursued some questions about the app.

Joseph went above and beyond to help me. I left the chat to fix the shipping information and could not return to it. Instead of giving up talking to me he emailed me giving me instructions to go back to our chat and proceed with the sync of my store. He was very patient and kind. He even offered to send me some videos to help me start my business at Etsy. Thank you Joseph!

The customer service I received using this app by Joseph, was the best I've ever come across. The communication was just superb. He understood and met me exactly where I was at and answered all my questions and did everything from his end to set up this app for me. He even answered questions I was already thinking of before I had asked. By the help with the Omar from CS team, the integration is done. Omar is helpful, you don't need to do anything to have the integration complete. Thumb up.

Joseph was super helpful! I was having some issues syncing the products and he immediately jumped in and saved the day. Within minutes all my products were synced and ready to go.

Joseph helped me so much on my questions. We did enjoy using this app for our shopify store as it was very helpful.

Downloaded today for a test run on my new store and wasn't sure how to get around the app as I needed to import some listings from Etsy.
