Have only just started using this app to sync my shopify store with Etsy. I would say that it wasn't completely seamless but that was due to not having certain things set up from Shopify that I was unaware of.
However, I would most definitely give this apps customer service 5 stars for their staff, in particular Thea and Normie who were most patient and helpful with my issues. Both managed to figure out the problems & guide me to set everything up correctly. Now I can finally get my Etsy store up and running!

Angelica and Normie have been a HUGE help to me and have gone WAY above and beyond to help me get my products synced from Shopify to my new etsy account. I'm so grateful for their help! I never would have been able to do this on my own. Thank you Both for all you do!
