Awesome support ! The Customer Success Manager Normie was quick responding and provided a direct zoom link to adjust all the settings for the Etsy Sync. Her english skills are excellent and she was very friendly.

Great customer support. At first, had problems with syncing, but after a quick chat everything was solved. Great solution overall to sync Shopify with Etsy. Undoubtedly would highlight Joseph who solved everything for me.

Five stars for customer service. Extremely helpful with moving listings from Shopify to Etsy. Have not had any sales since connecting with the app so cannot comment on syncing capabilities yet.
