These guys go above and beyond.
They provide more support than my own company and I have a very high standard, it doesnt matter what time of day or night you chat in, they are knowledgeable and ready to assist.
They also do little things extra for you, like go in and help fix listing issues (mistakes I made) and really do a great job with all of that.

Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed.

This is the worst platform in terms of service and function. I signed up a few days ago and was on the phone for at least 2 hours attempting to sync. The guy told me it would update and 8 hours later nothing had occurred. The next day I got a different person and she was more knowledgeable, but I discovered the photos weren't transferred over to ETSY. I call the following day and get rep #1 again, imagine that! After dicking around with him for an hour, I decided to cancel and try another platform.

The app worked really well to sync my Shopify store with Etsy. I only removed it because I wasn't getting sales and couldn't justify paying the monthly fee. I will re-install once sales pick up.
