Very useful app. I used the chat icon where I dealt with Omar. He was very helpful and very efficient. Carried out everything I asked with great speed and efficiency. Great to have someone help you straight away instead of the usual Bots.

Had a great experience with Joseph - he helped me sync my inventory when I was having issues, and was very responsive and kind.

Joseph went above and beyond to help me. I left the chat to fix the shipping information and could not return to it. Instead of giving up talking to me he emailed me giving me instructions to go back to our chat and proceed with the sync of my store. He was very patient and kind. He even offered to send me some videos to help me start my business at Etsy. Thank you Joseph!
