Really helpful people working on support at any time (not a chat bot!) and the app itself works really well- unlike any other I’ve used in the past. The product is great

I am new to both Shopify and Etsy let alone trying to sync the two together. Joseph not only helped me get everything moved over, he a conversation with me to get to know me. Not make me feel like I was just another customer. He is very nice, very personable and extremely helpful! If I need nay help in the future, I would request him. If I could. Ha If you happen to get Joseph, you are in great hands!

So far this app has made syncing Shopify to Etsy a breeze!! The customer service rep, Joseph was super quick to assist via the message bubble and even did the work of syncing shops me with excellent customer service skills and kindness!

Just downloaded it and seems to be just what I need to sync my 100s of Etsy listings easily to Shopify. Customer service answered my questions quickly.

5 Stars for service just can't seem to 5 star on my phone as its a broken screen but deffo 5 stars and the agent Omar is excellent he needs a promotion
